  • How secure is buying a watch online through the CHRONOSWISS online shop?

    All Chronoswiss watches are supplied in their original packaging with all documents, including the guarantee card stamped by the maker.

    The payment methods, Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code, offer the greatest possible security for your credit card details when buying online, as they have password protection.

    With CHRONOSWISS, data is transmitted via SSL. Your personal details including your address, login, and payment information are encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer). We use an SSL certificate with SSL 3.0 encryption and an encryption length of 2064 bits RSA and 256 bits AES.

    Free insured despatch within Germany with Parcel Broker. Your order is insured for the full purchase value. We also offer insurance cover for the full purchase value for deliveries abroad.

    Guarantee: All watches have an international manufacturer’s guarantee valid for at least 2 years. You will receive a guarantee card stamped by the maker with the date on which the watch was purchased, and you can use this card to claim the full length of the guarantee. We will be your point of contact at all times in the event of a claim.

    Money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the watch supplied, you can cancel your purchase at any time within a period of 14 days (cancellation form ) and return the watch to us. You will then be reimbursed for the full purchase amount.

  • Are my details safe with CHRONOSWISS? What happens to my details? Will my details be passed to third parties?

    Yes, you have to be registered to order a watch, as this enables us/CHRONOSWISS to fully identify where the watch is to be delivered. Registering with CHRONOSWISS is simple and fast. We just need your name, address, e-mail address, and a password which you choose. After successfully registering, you can complete your order in a few steps without having to log in again. If you have questions regarding registration or the order process, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
  • How do I order a watch from CHRONOSWISS?

    You order a watch in a few easy steps. Once you have decided which model you want, you click on "ADD TO BASKET" and then go to the Checkout. If you have not registered yet, you will then have to fill in all the mandatory fields marked with * in order to continue with the order process. You also have the option of buying the watch you desire as a guest. Here too, you will have to fill in all the mandatory fields marked with *. Subsequently, you can specify how you wish to pay, and then review your order before submitting it. After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail from us which confirms the order for despatch of your desired watch.

    You can of course also order a watch from CHRONOSWISS by phone.

  • What payment options can I use, and is payment always secure?

    With CHRONOSWISS you can choose between the following payment options:

    https://shop.chronoswiss.com accepts payment by credit card (verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure), as well as payment in advance. However, we reserve the right in individual circumstances to exclude certain modes of payment.

    We offer you the convenient option of paying by credit card (Mastercard and Visa). To give you the greatest possible security, we offer the two services, Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. Your credit card details are in this case protected by a password.

    Advance Payment: In this case, directly after sending your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail specifying the bank details for CHRONOSWISS. Please note that the watch will be despatched only after the payment has arrived in our account. The watch will be reserved for you for 7 days from the time of your order.

  • Can I also view the watches on your premises?

    You can view all our watches in our in-house watchmaking facility in Lucerne.
