All Chronoswiss watches are supplied in their original packaging with all documents, including the guarantee card stamped by the maker.
The payment methods, Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code, offer the greatest possible security for your credit card details when buying online, as they have password protection.

Free insured despatch within Germany with Parcel Broker. Your order is insured for the full purchase value. We also offer insurance cover for the full purchase value for deliveries abroad.

You will receive a guarantee card stamped by the maker with the date on which the watch was purchased, and you can use this card to claim the full length of the guarantee. We will be your point of contact at all times in the event of a claim.
Money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the watch supplied, you can cancel your purchase at any time within a period of 14 days () and return the watch to us. You will then be reimbursed for the full purchase amount.

Yes, you have to be registered to order a watch, as this enables us/CHRONOSWISS to fully identify where the watch is to be delivered. Registering with CHRONOSWISS is simple and fast. We just need your name, address, e-mail address, and a password which you choose. After successfully registering, you can complete your order in a few steps without having to log in again. If you have questions regarding registration or the order process, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
- How do I order a watch from CHRONOSWISS?
You order a watch in a few easy steps. Once you have decided which model you want, you click on "ADD TO BASKET" and then go to the Checkout. If you have not registered yet, you will then have to fill in all the mandatory fields marked with * in order to continue with the order process. You also have the option of buying the watch you desire as a guest. Here too, you will have to fill in all the mandatory fields marked with *. Subsequently, you can specify how you wish to pay, and then review your order before submitting it. After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail from us which confirms the order for despatch of your desired watch.

- What payment options can I use, and is payment always secure?
With CHRONOSWISS you can choose between the following payment options:

We offer you the convenient option of paying by credit card (Mastercard and Visa). To give you the greatest possible security, we offer the two services, Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. Your credit card details are in this case protected by a password.
Advance Payment: In this case, directly after sending your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail specifying the bank details for CHRONOSWISS. Please note that the watch will be despatched only after the payment has arrived in our account. The watch will be reserved for you for 7 days from the time of your order.
- Can I also view the watches on your premises?
You can view all our watches in our in-house watchmaking facility in Lucerne.

- How long does delivery take?
Our watches can usually be supplied in 5 to 10 working days.
- How high are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free of charge from the CHRONOSWISS online shop.
- Does CHRONOSWISS deliver abroad?

We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail. This establishes a binding contract between you and us. Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Fridays, at the weekend or on a holiday, will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery through our despatch partner will be made within five to ten working days.
- Can I track the status of my delivery?
As soon as your shipment has been despatched, we will send you an e-mail with a shipment tracking number with which you can follow the status of your shipment.
- Am I insured against theft and damage in transit?
You are of course insured for the full value of the goods against any damage or loss occurring in transit. In such an event, please contact us directly.
- Can I agree a preferred delivery date with you?
You are welcome to agree a preferred delivery date with us in advance, for example, if you would like to receive your watch only on a certain day of week.
For this we need advance notice of roughly 3-5 working days. During the order process, you can leave a message in the comments field specifying your preferred delivery date when entering your delivery address, or else you can contact our customer service directly.
- Up to what value are the watches insured during transit?
For the full value of the goods. Within Germany we can offer you free, insured delivery. The watches are also despatched with insurance for the full value of the goods when they are sent abroad.
- Who will pay if I want to have the watch adjusted?
Depending on what the adjustment is, we will find out for you if there will be an additional charge for you. There is no charge for shortening the strap.
- Can the strap be shortened after I have placed my order?
We will offer to shorten the strap free of charge. For this, please tell us the circumference of your wrist to enable us to shorten the strap to the right length.
- Do I have guarantee and guarantee rights when I buy a CHRONOSWISS watch?
All watches have an international factory guarantee valid for at least 2 years. You will receive a guarantee card stamped by the maker with the date on which the watch was purchased, and you can use this card to claim the full length of the guarantee.
- What guarantee services are included?
Repair and maintenance by the manufacturer, should defects occur which fall under the particular maker's guarantee.
- What happens if I want to make a claim?

- Can I return a watch after I have bought it?
If you are not satisfied with the watch supplied, you can cancel your purchase at any time within a period of 14 days and return the watch to us. You will then be reimbursed for the full purchase amount including the delivery costs. You will find detailed information on your right of cancellation here.
- Who pays for the return of the goods?
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, to the amount of EUR 20, as long as the goods are being returned to us from a location in Germany. If the goods are returned from a country within the EU (except Germany), the return costs will amount to EUR 60. The maximum cost of returns from Switzerland is EUR 20.
- What do I do if I wish to cancel my online order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been despatched from our warehouse. Please our customer service.
